Peopleworks is a company that is all about people.

We help you, the employer, to improve your business by improving the health and wellbeing of your employees and their environment through creativity and forethought. We can provide you with a whole gamut of integrated and complimentary services and ideas to help bring out the best in your team and therefore, your business.

What we do

After years of successful operation in various industries and services (government and non-government), Peopleworks continues to operate a boutique–style organisation that considers each worker and each workplace individually. Experience tells us that one size doesn’t fit all and to give you the best quality advice and service, we consider you and your staff in your own light, not that of everyone else. With you, we create effective solutions that are targeted to the cause of the problem – this way you not only get solutions that work, you get solutions that last and become part of your workplace culture.

We help you to strategically alter the behaviour of individuals, teams, departments and/or the entire workplace through activities that could include (but aren’t limited to) rehabilitation, audits, short intervention counselling, employee assistance programme, nutrition counselling and life coaching. In addition, we are a RTO so we can offer you a great range of complimentary training (non-accredited and accredited) and traineeships. Most importantly, as our customer, you are our focus and we make sure that everything we do is tailored to fill your needs.
